Painting Series

Watercolour Stories is a series of visual narratives born from intuition, reflection, and lived experience. Each painting captures a moment of transformation, a vision, a memory, or simply a feeling. Through flowing pigments and organic forms, themes of identity, belonging, resilience, change, and the human experience emerge naturally onto the paper.

Created without rigid plans or expectations, these works unfold through a process of discovery, allowing emotions, symbols, and stories to reveal themselves layer by layer. Some pieces explore personal journeys, while others reflect universal cycles found in nature, time, and consciousness. Together, they form a collection of moments suspended in watercolor, inviting contemplation, connection, and interpretation.

Marching to Non-Ending Karma

Painted in Cairo, Egypt | May 2026 | 2026 | 30 x 40 cm | Watercolor on 425g Paper

I began with a flower in mind. Yet beneath the promise of spring, another story emerged. My brush moved beyond intention, and the marks became riders, soldiers marching through time.

As they appeared, I reflected on the endless cycle of violence, sacrifice, grief, and revenge carried through generations.

I almost destroyed the painting. But these soldiers wanted to stay, to be seen, asking humanity to break the cycle they have marched through for centuries.
